Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 557pub Platform. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 557pub may result in account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 557pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
557pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 557pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 557pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
557pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 557pub complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
557pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 557pub Platform shall first be submitted to 557pub's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
